Ayinke is a self-taught chef whose culinary education happened in the kitchens of her family home in Nigeria. Every technique, every spice combination — all learned at the side of women who cooked with both knowledge and soul.
Since bringing Testy Ayinke Food to Milwaukee, she has become a trusted name in the Nigerian community and well beyond. Her food has been the centrepiece of weddings, naming ceremonies, corporate events, and simple Wednesday lunches people plan their entire week around.
Ayinke believes that food made with love feeds more than the body. It feeds a sense of belonging — and that belief lives in every dish that leaves her kitchen.
